What’s Next For Missing The Muse?

What's nextNational Poetry Writing Month is over, but I have a backlog of haikus and other poems I wish to post on here. I’d like to pair the poetry up with images to add a visual element. I’m waiting for the weather to change from this soggy mess to a decent day so I can get into nature with my camera and snap some photos. It might be a few days before I get the chance.

I’d like to go through my old posts and clean them up a bit.

I also have an idea for a logo I would like to use. I tried drawing it myself, but it’s not turning out the way I’d like it to. I asked a few artistic friends of mine to help, but they’re too busy. 😦 So if you know an illustrator/cartoonist who could help out, please let me know. Thank you.

As I focus on building my freelance writing career, I may not be able to post on Missing the Muse every day. So if you don’t see me for a day or two, don’t be alarmed. Keep checking in, and be sure to add me on Facebook, Twitter, and Google Plus.

If you know someone in need of writing or editing services, please have them check my professional page: http://danhoger.com.

Thanks for reading!

  1. Good luck in your growing career. I know what you mean about the blog. Things have been getting busier for me and I find it extremely hard to put a post up some days. Life is hard to balance sometimes.

  2. Ironic typo alert:
“If you know someone in need or writing or editing services…”
    should, I think, be:
“If you know someone in need orof writing or editing services…”
though I could, as always, be wrong… 🙂
