16 steps to happiness

I had to reblog this because it’s good advice. Naturally I’ve been doing the opposite of pretty much all of them, which could explain some things. Mayhap someday I’ll figure out how to get on a normal schedule. Until then, I am the Night!



  1. Yeah, I’m pretty much the exact opposite. Get up before the rest of the world? I stay up late enough that I guess I sort of do that . . . eat without doing anything else? How else am I gonna find time to read? Get enough sleep? In a perfect world, that would be awesome. Until then, there is caffiene and lots of it. Besides, all those coffee farmers gotta eat, too, right?
